[You can order the series in paperback as well.)Īlayna's and Hudson's story is a freaking saga! This is one that you definitely will want to keep in your virtual library. ![]() ![]() By the time I was mid-way through the first novel, I stopped reading for a brief moment and purchased the trilogy as well. I happened upon the series as a recommendation and based on the amount of the reviews, I chose it as my free kindle title for the month of July. The Fixed Trilogy by Laurenlin Paige, is an unbelievably wonderful surprise. ![]() But, where Fifty Shades is a cheese sampler platter of a read. I read and liked the Fifty Shades of Grey series and will definitely see the film. Let me start off by saying, although many are doing so don't compare The Fixed Trilogy series with that of Fifty Shades of Grey.ĭon't get me wrong. ![]() ![]() Likes calculus and dutifully working in the family business. Her mom arranges a “date” with George Clooney Tanuwijaya, explaining that she’s been chatting with George, as Sharlot, and that he’s a nice young man. It’s Sharlot’s first visit to her mother’s homeland, and her mom’s first trip home since she was a teenager. Sharlot (yes, that’s supposed to be Charlotte, and her Chinese name also has a bit of a typo) finds herself dragged to Indonesia for the summer. ![]() Well, That Was Unexpected is a double-catfishing, fake dating, romcom YA, absolutely full of nosy relatives and delicious snacks, of course. So basically, I knew I’d like this one, but I didn’t know what it would hold. ![]() I also enjoyed the prep school thrillers with delcious food in The New Girl, and the YA parody / obsession thriller The Obsession. I absolutely loved her dark comedy / family drama Dial A for Aunties, and quite liked the sequel, Four Aunties and A Wedding. ![]() Well, That Was Unexpected is Jesse Q Sutanto‘s newest novel. ![]() 5/24/2023 0 Comments Emily duncan books![]() ![]() And it made sense to her when she decided to write a story about monsters and religion set in a fantasy world based on 2 countries where the two things play an important role in their folklore and culture. ![]() Duncan says that she has always been attracted to the locations of Eastern Europe, particularly Russia. The game inspired her so much that she came up with the idea of developing a novel set in its neat atmosphere. One evening in college, Duncan was playing the game instead of finishing her homework and got too involved in it. The inspiration behind writing her first book, Wicked Saints, came from the online role-playing game called Skyrim. When she does not have anything at hand to keep herself busy, she likes to indulge in rating books on online platforms. Author Duncan is represented by a literary agent named Thao Le at the Sandra Dijkstra Literary Agency. ![]() In her spare time, she likes to play dungeons & dragons and online video games. Most of the time, Duncan can be found writing or reading her favorite stories. During her time at the university, she learned how to find obscure texts of Slavic folklore by using the interlibrary loan systems. Author Duncan obtained her Master’s degree from Kent State University in the subject of library science. Her full-time job is in the field of the youth service library. She is particularly popular for writing her books, Ruthless Gods and Wicked Saints. Duncan is an NYT bestselling American novelist of young adult and fantasy stories. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() “Well, for heaven’s sake,” said JoAnn Postel. “I knew a lot of people were dying.”Įven the co-owner of the Foxfield Riding School-the site of what had been Sherwood Forest and Capra’s Shangri-La-didn’t realize she was sitting on a little piece of paradise. Knight![]() ![]() With them come the haunting memories of the bloodstained past he longs to forget, but can never escape. “ Don’t you know? Animals like you have no soul.”Ĭould God ever love a half-blood all of society looks upon with such fear and disdain? Jace once believed so, but when a tragic loss shatters the only peace he’s ever known, his faith crumbles as the nagging doubts he’s tried to put behind him descend on his grieving heart. Swords, action, capture, alluding to dragon-riding Cretes for book 2, everything. Knight would maintain the fantasy part of it. At first I was skeptical that author Jaye L. ![]() Resistance is Christian non-magical fantasy. ![]() (In fact, after I read it, I turned around and gave it to my mother to read, and she loved it.) I was still doubtful, but decided to pick it up. I bought Resistance on a Black Friday sale just because it had so many great reviews. This is Christian fiction we’re talking about here, right? Sure, it received a bronze reader’s award, but it couldn’t be that good. Let’s start by saying that I really didn’t think I would like this book at all. ![]() 5/24/2023 0 Comments Er nurses book![]() ![]() The popular "Fast Facts in a Nutshell" feature consists of succinct key points and questions and answers for review.
